Women Personal Safety – Prevent an Attack Fight Back or Not

Woman Personal SafetyPrevent an Attack Fight back or not This is the question you need to think about before it happens and be ready.

Many times we open the newspaper or turn on the TV to see a women who chose to fight back an attacker. This may be what you choose to do. You never really know what you would do until it really happens. What we would like to do and what happens are two different things. How many time have you said “If that were me I would have” but unless you are their you can never really say.

What is really important is that you get as much detail as you can, height, weight, skin, eyes, all help when the police show up. The more detail the better.

* Only 10 – 20% of women are assaulted by a stranger.

* Frequent place is in your own home by people you already know.

With that being said one thing to know that if you know your attacker always make sure to think I know that is really hard to do but if you think clearly and leave a artical of clothing in the car of something to let the police know that you were in his home or car.

What is your best Chance of Survive?

If someone had a gun to your head and told you to get into the car what would you do? Yes thinking of this you would say Yes, No but think about that unless you know how to protect yourself or some Self Defense move you may just get in the car DON”T.

* Your chance of Survival after you get in the car are not good.
* Do what ever you have to to stay where you are.
* Always Carry a Pepper Spray.
* Stay focused on walking to your car. Keep looking around like your looking for someone.
*Always walk with an attitude you are less likely to become the next victim.

If you pay attention to what is around you and walk with an attitude you are less likely to become the next victim. Attackers do not want to call attention to themselves.

It only takes a second to become a victim.

Until tomorrow Stay Safe & Secure
