A major city Housing Authority staff member along with his dimwit sidekick were busted immediately after allegedly selling a couple of agency operated Bobcat backhoes through Craigslist, police said yesterday.

Jesus Luciano, 36, a night caretaker from Yonkers NY, and pal Robert Moccia, 29, from the Bronx, were nailed as soon as the Department of Investigation got wind of this and sent in a undercover agent.
