Strategic advantage; power to act effectively when you act effectively means you have a plan as to what to do next. When in a personal safety situation you need to have the leverage to act on command at any given time.

Meaning you have the upper hand, use this to your advantage if your personal safety is at risk your best response is to think clearly and then act in the most effective way without harm.
