I just watched the move Resident with Christopher Lee, Wow Talk about how easy this could happen naturally this was a movie but I have to say this could turn out to be a true story.
Hidden Camera can Prevent This
The guy looked so nice as many sex offenders do but he owned the house and targeted this women. She placed a poster in the hospital she worked looking for an apartment to rent in NY. He called her and Life was never the same.
After she had a Hidden Camera installed in her living room and bedroom she was able to have proof that someone was in her home.
If you watched the movie let me know what your thoughts were. I may never rent again, or at least the very least install cameras from the day I moved in.
