Pepper Spray in Chicago

Okay so here is the inside scoop on this Old Navy store in Chicago.

Three up and coming would be robbers had their first lesson in a store hold up.

All went well as they entered the Old Navy store, One of the bastards deployed the pepper spray at three customers walking in the store, who knows why but they did a random act I guess. I guess they could consider that a random act of kindness being it wasn’t a Taser or a Stun Gun,
