Plan on moving to Costa Rica
While we all go on vacation outside the United States and not know how to speak the language it is another thing to move to Costa Rica and not speak Spanish. Everything you do will require you to speak to the natives their. In your day to day living. By not speaking Spanish you put yourself in harms way.

Many non speaking Americans move every year to new location but most country’s speak English. I think in the United States Spanish is our second language.

Personal Safety in the United States or Other countries is a matter to consider before moving. The laws are different but one thing is for sure before you move their make sure you know the language, do your research on the area you plan to move. Home security will be a big concern. know the area you plan to move to. Talk to the locals know what area to avoid.
