How many times can one person be affected by some mental stalker. Once again Jennifer Aniston becomes a victim of some crazy guy that travels far and wide in an attempt to marry her in his delusion world. Their is really no other word for this guy but a first class psychoneurotic.

But what happens to you and I when some not so mental case follows you home from work or shows up every where you go. You start to think you are crazy or this really cute guy likes you. Harass you continually

The most powerful weapon of a stalker is his mind thinking you belong to him. A reaction to the situation is critical in his mind, rejection can send the stalker into a criminal act at which time your personal safety will be at stake. Many people think that men are never the victims but women stalk men more then you know, the difference is that man rarely  report this kind of problem.
If you feel your being stalked notify your local police some departments take this serous others don’t pay much attention. Now is the time to Accept Responsibility for  your own Personal Safety invest in a self defense class, pepper spray and if your state allows get a stun gun. Make sure your doors are always locked day or night double check before you go to bed. Keep your cell phone next to your bed in case your power goes out you have a phone to  call the police.

Bottom line always be on your guard be ready to react if needed.
