This is what happened to a man working in Manhattan living in Hasting on Hudson about a 40 min out of NYC. At this time the Cops have one man, looking for 3 more.
Once he got out of his car the men tied up the homeowner and his wife inside their home and pistol-whipped the man. The home invaders forced the man to open a safe
Lucky for the parents the teenage son heard this and called the cops, That is how they caught the one guy police got to the home while they guys were still in the home. He was arrested while they search for the other three guys.
As you read this you feel for the family but never think it could happen to you. Think again these four guys must have planned this or know something that he had a safe, they had to know that he lived out of the city and was worth takin the risk.
