Safety in Your Apartment Landlord Videotape Women Tenants

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 6:08 am

Bug DetectorLandlord Videotaped 34 Women tenants

I being a landlord personal think this guy should spend some time with OJ

A Philadelphian landlord secretly videotaped 34 women tenants. This 45 year old installed cameras in the girls bedroom, bathroom of his seven apartments which he rented to only women, in the span of 19 years.

While he was in the basement recording through high teck system buy hey he had 19 years to perfect what he wanted. He hid cameras behind mirrors, ceiling fans he even installed some to tape when the light switch went on.

A tenant found a camera in her apartment and called the police, which lead to his arrest in September. The charges including 34 invasion of privacy and 14 wiretapping, two counts of burglary because the jerk broke into two apartments to try to cover what he was doing once he found out the police were on to him.

He has been in prison on One Million cash bail since his arrest.

Can you even think of how these women feel. I not sure they will ever feel safe anywhere. Your home is where you should feel the safe.

Who knows how many landlords would think of this and how can you protect yourself from this scum. Are you sure your child away at college is safe in her apartment.

If you travel alot and what to feel safe in you hotel room you should concider getting a Bug Detector. this handheld detector will pick up and wireless audio or video. You have seen then in the mob movies they always check for bugs. Just turn on and walk through a room it will detect any RF energy.

Taser C2 or Handgun

C2 Taserhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mD3_2CEdCHc

Taser C2 or a Handgun what are you ready to do to protect yourself.
Take a look at this then see if you are ready to shoot a gun or use a Taser C2.

Not everyone wants to have a gun.

I would rather disable someone for 30 seconds to give me time to get away and call the police. Others would rather just shoot. The reports on killing someone with a Taser are low, but the reports on killing someone with a gun are much higher.

You need to know that if someone was in your home or cause any harm to you or your family what would you do to protect them.

Burglars Brake into home with Ax

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:29 am

Voice Alert Driveway AlarmIt’s 6 am I am sitting have a cup of green tea and reading
the paper when the phone ring, it a friend who I haven’t
talked to a couple of months.

He said I need your help your not going to believe what
happened to me last night.

Now let me give you a visual on this guy he is your typical
Italian from Brooklyn NY who owns a construction company.
He stands about 6’8 about 275 and all mussel, living in a
home no different then yours in a all Italian neighborhood.

I really can’t image what could have happened to him that
he could use my help but its 6 AM and I know he is not
calling to chat.

He told me that he had finished working 15 hours and was
very tired so about 1 o clock yesterday afternoon he
decided to go home and take a nap.

Sometime later he was woken up by a loud noise that came
from downstairs. The first thing he did was grab the gun,
and run downstairs, he could hear noises coming from the
living room not knowing what to think he saw 3 guys in the
home.

At this point Anthony yelled what the f— are you doing,
the 3 guys ran out of the house clearly they thought that
he was not home time.

As he ran after the three guys in his under-ware and gun in
hand they took off in all different direction, he did not
get close to them so he went home to call the police.

While approaching his home one of the guys were just
walking out of his home. So while the 3 guys were running
from the home the other guy was still in their. Thank God
his family was not home at the time. They used an ax to get
into the home and that was the loud noise he heard.

Lucky for him he was not hurt but the home was ransacked by
the one who stayed, they did get some money but not nearly
as much as they thought or could have taken.

I ordered a Voice Alert driveway Alarm for his home. This
system is a wireless voice system that alerts you when
motion is detected in one of the 6 zones your place them
in, so if someone is behind your garage or on the west side
of your home the voice Alert Alarm will let you know and
you can call the police.

We Caught the Dummy.

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 4:22 pm

Dummy DomeDummy DomeI love the name Dummy Camera. I am not really sure why I bought this Camera but hey it was only 15.00 so now I am the proud owner of a Dummy Camera.

It looked so great real high teck for my Salon.

A couple of weeks later some dummy wanted what was in my salon, I still don’t know what he really took. Ok a couple of glasses, they were on sale for $7.00 I guess on the street he could get 3 or 4.

Not a bad idea dress up like a dummy and I could make some money.

When I walked into the salon and realized I was broken into I was so mad this was not the first time. Now I look up to see the bastard broke my Dummy Camera he twisted the whole camera around but the light was still blinking and in place.

What the Dummy did not know was that I installed a hidden camera in my theromostat. I put a smile on my face and called the local police. While they are busy taking fingerprint I was busy getting the DVD for them.

As I downloaded the information for them on to a DVD I handed the officer the DVD. He was thrilled. They called me 2 day later and said “We got your guy Donna” Your camera gave us crystal clear photos and this was not the his first time. You know I asked did you get my glasses he said No sorry but We Caught the Dummy

Just in case you want to know I fixed the Dummy Camera and I am ready for the next Bastard who wants to stop by after hours. You never know who has a dummy camera and who has a real camera some have both.

Security Weekend in Jacksonville Florida

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:52 am

Here I am in Jacksonville Florida on a Weekend of more information then I ever thought I would get.
The weather is beautiful compared to what I left in NY on Friday with all the rain.

After spending the weekend in meetings and meeting some wonderful people who are in the Personal Safety and Self Defense business it is clear to me that the Safety and protection of our familys are the number one issue to everyone in the World. As the United States becomes in trouble with gas prices and fuel getting out of control, While we are keeping a close eye on Wall Street it is so clear that most people need Security products.

The funny part is that while over 200 people attented the meetings only a had full of us carry a personal safety alarm or a self defense product with us.
Now most of us flew into Florida and cannot bring them on a plain for security reasons as we all know.
I did get to see all the New products that my company will be adding to the catalog.

What till you see the new pen camera and the price is unbeliveable.
I will let you know as soon as this product arrive.

Check back here in the next couple of weeks and I will be able to see the great New products.

Untill tomorrow stay Safe & Secure

New York Budget Cuts will Effect your Safety

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:27 am

Budget Cuts and Your Safety are at Risk

Gov. David Paterson cut budget in the one area that we need it the most our State Troopers where are safety is at Risk.

Why not cut the budget for the pay on our govenor or town afficals

With the price of oil, gas, and everything else we now have to worry if someone’s home is broken into will the State Police get to my home in time to protect me and my family.

We all know that when the economic is bad people do crazy things, the crime rate goes up and just when you think your safe comming home from work your not.

Can you even think of walking into your home after work and finding that you have been robbed. Now try and call the cops and it may take 15 to 20 minutes for them to get their because their are not enough cops, because of the Budget Cuts.

What is the answer I am not sure but we need to do something to protect our familys.

Take a look at the paper and see how many Rapes, Robbiers, Attack, happend in the last week. More then we want to know but your need to pay attention to what is going on in your area.

Please feel free to comment on the I would like to know what you think the answer is what we need to do to protect What is MINE.

Cyber bullying is your child a Victim or a Bully

Does your child appear to be nervous when they receive an email?
Does your child not want to go to school?
Has your child stopped going out with friends?
Is your child ever angry, upset when they get off their computer?
Never talks about what they are doing on the computer?
Suddenly stop using the computer altogether?

Cyber - others is your Child a Bully

Close screens when you come into the room.
Spends all night on the computer.
Talks and laughs a lot while on his or her computer.
You find they are using several accounts while on line.
Never tells you what they are doing or who they are talking to on line.

Any one of these can me many things. While most teens can act like this just being a teenager would show any one of theses signs. Most important is that you check them out before it is to late.

Cyber bullies sometimes, but not always, know their victims in real life. Cyber victimization has been shown to cause poor grades, emotional spirals, poor self-esteem, repeated school absences, depression, and in some cases suicide.

One in ten young people between the ages of 8 and 15 have been cyber bullied. According to a recent survey, 42% of children have been cyber bullied and 35% have been threatened online. Photos sent through e-mail and cell phones.

Cyber bullies send nude or degrading photos that have been altered or taken in locker rooms, dressing rooms or bathrooms, which are instantly circulated to countless others.

Parents

Parents need to discuss cyber bullying with their children as part of their regular discussions about Internet Safety and appropriate use of technologies.

Parents can make it clear that using the Internet or cellular phones to embarrass or hurt others’ feelings is not part of their family values.

Parents should discuss bystander behavior as well, encouraging children to speak out
against cyber bullying they witness and to report it to the appropriate person.

Parents should instruct children to be respectful of others online, establish rules of etiquette, monitor computer use and have an ongoing conversation with their children about online activities.

You may think your child tells you everything but teens sometimes will not talk about this they sometimes think it is their fault. Pay close attention to your child and his or her behavior, it could be the most improtant thing you do to protect them.
